The Convention on Cluster Munitions will open for signature in Oslo on 3 December 2008 during the signing conference that will be held from 2 to 4 December. All member States of the United Nations are invited to attend the signing conference, together with representatives of the United Nations, the Cluster Munition Coalition, members of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, and other relevant actors.
